1. Beatles manager Brian Epstein was gay. He was very fond of John Lennon.
2. Lennon married Yoko Ono, who allowed him to take a lover, May Pang.
3. George Harrison is close friends with Eric Clapton. He married Pattie Boyd who divorced him to subsequently marry Clapton. They jokingly call themselves "husbands in law".
4. Ringo Starr's eldest son, Zak Starkey plays drum for the reunited "The Who" and "Oasis".
5. McCartney and original Beatles drummer Pete Best were once sued for attempted arson when they set fire to a condom that they attached to the wall of a club in Hamburg. They spent three hours in jail and were deported back to Liverpool, along with Harrison who was working underaged.
