I was driving a car made of recycled paper the first time I had a glimpse of him. He was low in stature and wore slippers made of sand. The world suddenly shifted. The traffic lights, red, yellow and green, started arguing about where they're eating for dinner. I think I fell in love, the weeds on the street put on their tutus and danced to the cars honking. And just when I was about to say hello, the heavens poured out cellophane rain.
