My sisters dragged me to church today, which would be the first time I attend mass for over a year now! These pictures, taken with utmost concealment, almost cost me my life. Old puritans were sending me killer looks.

The church is still filled with people on Sundays, different from the churches in Italy. Before the mass started, the priest requested that all cellular phones should be turned off and all children should remain quiet throughout the mass. Yeah right, maybe if their parents put sedatives in their formulas!
It's palm sunday. People welcomed Jesus to Jerusalem by waving palm. The Filipino version, coconut leaves! People line up to get these leaves (in different designs) blessed with holy water. I noticed that the mass is a very elaborate production, with singing, monologues, dramatisation, perhaps because many of the priests are gay! Oh god! I have offended the church and the gay community with that remark. My apologies! Hehehe.
